Initially, Hazel started practicing yoga as a physical outlet through a period of big life changes. But soon, she found that the impact was so much more than physical. Yoga has helped her tremendously as I navigate through changes in life.

Hazel is passionate about creating a warm, nurturing, and inclusive environment. She believes that yoga can create the opportunity to find genuine connection and joy - she can help facilitate that in class.

You can also expect purposeful sequencing, breath lead movement, and thoughtful reflections.
