Julie came to yoga, like so many others, to help with stress and anxiety, but she got a whole lot more than she bargained for. Yoga has led her on an endless journey of self-discovery with a yearning to help others make a difference in their own lives, too.
She believes that we can all be a little more mindful and compassionate towards ourselves both in our practice, and in our daily lives.
Julie's classes provide a light-hearted, welcoming and supportive space for everybody. She will help you find the right alignment for your body and encourage you to move with the guidance of your breath. Her aim is to inspire you to be more mindful both on and off the mat, and to come to yoga with an open mind - prepared to discover more than just a physical practice!
