As both a Chinese Medicine practitioner and Registered Nurse, Jyn believes that our health is intricately connected to our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual states. ⁠

Initially, Jyn started practicing yoga as a form of physical exercise. As her practice progressed, she noticed a shift in consciousness - she was able to be in a meditative state while her body moves into different poses. Yoga made her feel alive. She was captivated by the deeply embodied sense of presence.

Jyn completed her Yoga Teacher Training in 2015 and has since completed more training to advance her teachings. ⁠

Her teaching comes from an intuitive place, as she draws upon the combined studies of Vinyasa, Yin, Tao, Western, and Chinese Medicine.

Jyn has always been passionate about helping people. You can expect a nurturing and supportive environment when you practice with her.
