Lucy is passionate about sharing yoga with the community as she believes it leads you to a happier, more peaceful existence. Lucy is a kind, warm and friendly teacher. Her classes are intuitive and welcoming to every type of person, no matter their flexibility.
Lucy used to work in events where she found yoga to be a great asset to control stress as well as helping with the physical demands of her job. Yoga has immensely helped her with personal growth, and she encourages her students to be their true selves during class.
Lucy is passionate about health and healing. She has a Bachelor of Nutrition Science and is also studying to become a Naturopath. Lucy has undertaken 200hr teacher training with Jessica Dewar where she learnt in depth anatomy, philosophy and traditional Hatha yoga. She’s taken further Meditation training with Steve Ross, a Vedic monk, as well as Yin yoga teacher training with Jennifer Crescenzo.
