Yoga | Meditation | Nature

Escape to the country

Rest your mind, nourish your body and rejuvenate your soul

Bask in free flowing positive energy with like minded people

Feel a true sense of peace, balance and harmony

Deeply connect to your innate truth, wisdom and the absolute bliss that is YOU

Modern life can be stressful.

This is an invitation to shed your responsibilities and escape the busy-ness of life for a weekend away.

Rest and rejuvenation is our intention for this retreat. From the moment you arrive, until you leave, we will care for you wholeheartedly. We have carefully curated activities to help reset your nervous system, quiet the busy mind and reconnect with the core essence of who you truly are. There will be plenty of free time throughout the retreat so that you can explore nature, read a good book, or just rest.

This retreat is for anyone who craves the need to rest and rejuvenate.

We welcome everyone, from all walks of life and all fitness levels - we will cater for all. We also encourage beginner yogis to join us, as this is a wonderful opportunity to dive deeper into practices that are rarely shared in public classes. All activities are optional so you can do as little, or as much as you like.

Karma Kinglake is a small intimate retreat centre located on the top of the Great Dividing Range and is just approximately 75 minutes from the Melbourne CBD.

This property is set on 2.5 acres of beautiful bushland nestled amongst nature with sprawling green grass and trees, outdoor fire pit and located within walking distance to the National Park for beautiful nature walks.

Karma Kinglake

The unique accommodation facility consists of 4 stylish self-contained 'Nests' (small hexagonal cottages). Each ‘Nest’ can sleep between 2-4 people with a shared bathroom and offers a self-contained space that has its own living room with a cozy wood fire heater, kitchen and dining space to relax in.

All meals are served in the communal dining area and the yoga space is a beautiful elevated room with views of the surrounding bushland, each with its own cozy fireplace.

Kinglake is beautiful all year round but Winter can be an extra special time when snow falls on the mountains and the mist rolls in. You can spend a day literally in the clouds while staying warm and cosy in front of a fire.

With warmth, style and natural beauty, Karma Kinglake provides the ultimate retreat location.

Sherlyn’s intention for this retreat is to help you unravel the stress build up from a modern life. Retreat has been a big part of Sherlyn’s life over the past 5 years. She takes at least two sabbaticals each year, to shed all her responsibilities and to create space for spiritual growth. As a yoga teacher, her approach is nurturing and nourishing. She draws on the experience from years of practice and teaching, catering each practice to suit her student. To give you a holistic healing experience, Sherlyn will also be incorporating her skills in hosting sacred circle, life coaching, sound healing and tarot reading at this retreat. Don’t miss out on this unique opportunity to experience her teaching intimately over 3 days!
