While most of our classes are beginner friendly, the answer to this question depends on your intention.
To learn techniques of yoga, try Beginners Yoga
To strengthen your body, try Beginners Yoga, Slow Flow, or Mat Pilates
To stretch and ease tension, try Yin Yoga, Yin + Release, or Slow + Yin
To relax and manage stress, try Meditation or Yin Yoga

HOW DO I BOOK FOR A CLASS?
1. Navigate to our timetable and choose a class that you'd like to attend
2. On the class that you wish to attend, click the "BOOK" button
3. A pop-up window will appear.
If you are new to Yoga Cave, please select "Create an account" and follow the prompts to fill in your details.
If you have visited us before, sign in to your account with your email address and password.
4. If you haven't purchased a pass, select a pass to complete your checkout. Please note that we only accept Visa or MasterCard, we do not accept Amex.
If signing up online is too much of a hassle for you, no problem. Call us at 0402 488 776 and we'll help you out.
WEAR light and comfortable clothes such as activewear that will allow you to stretch and move with ease
BRING your yoga mat, a towel, and a water bottle. If you don't have a yoga mat, don't worry. Check out the yoga mat that we sell here
AVOID eating a large meal at least 2 hours before the class
ARRIVE at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. Doors will be locked promptly at the start of the class. So, please do arrive early

WHAT TO EXPECT IN THE STUDIO
Scan the QR code
Check-in with the teacher. Let the teacher know if you have any injury or medical condition
Take your shoes off
Set up your mat and pick up props required for the class
Place your belonging at the storage unit at the back of the studio
Enjoy a cup of tea, have a chat with your fellow yogis or simply relax
Clean your mat and props with the cleaning spray and microfibre cloth available in the studio
Talk to the teacher. Your teacher will be at the front desk for at least 10 minutes after class. Don't be afraid to use this time to ask questions or share your feedback
Stay hydrated! You are likely going to be feeling thirsty after class. Make sure you drink more water
Don't look at your phone! If possible, stay away from your phone for an hour after class. Allow the sense of mindfulness that you cultivated through your practice to linger a little longer.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE INTRO OFFER?
After 21 days, you get to decide if you wish to continue practicing with us. No hard feelings if you choose not to. That's why we offer the 21 days trial so that you can assess if we are a good fit.
If you love what we do and would like to continue practicing with us, here are your options:
Unlimited Membership. This is the way to go if you wish to practice more than twice a week.
Class Pass. If you would like to keep it casual, you may want to consider getting a 10 class pass.
