Mums and Bubs

A class dedicated to new mums. Whether you're a few weeks or months postpartum, our class is suitable for all levels of fitness and experience. Infants up to crawling age are welcome to attend with their moms. The exercises are adapted to accommodate your baby’s needs and comfort.
