Be a part of our yoga community and join us live from anywhere!

All of our classes are live-streamed via Zoom
Simply book a class that you wish to attend via Timetable. Select the Livestream option
Once you complete the booking process, you'll get an email to confirm your booking with the Zoom link included. You'll also get a reminder email with the Zoom link an hour before class starts
We recommend that you get ready and sign in to Zoom 5 minutes before the class start so that you can have a chat with the teacher (especially if you have any injuries) and settle into your practice
During the practice, you are welcome to turn your video on, so that teacher can see you and provide you with specific guidance if necessary
Our teachers will check in with online participants after the class, should you have any questions or concerns you can have a chat with the teachers after the class
