Terms and Conditions

Please read through the terms and conditions thoroughly before booking into a class. By booking into a class, you automatically agree to the following terms and conditions. 

GENERAL 

  • All classes must be pre-book via our website or MindBody app

  • You are advised to seek medical advice from a qualified health practitioner prior to attending classes or events at Yoga Cave. It is solely your responsibility to inform the teacher/staff if you have any injury, illness, discomfort or are pregnant prior to participating in any classes

  • While we endeavour to deliver all our classes on time and as advertised, classes are subject to change or cancellation without notice. Yoga Cave is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation for any kind for classes that are late, changed or cancelled for any reason

  • Teachers are subject to change without notice

  • The front door to the studio will be locked at scheduled start time for safety and security reasons. Late entry will not be permitted

  • Yoga Cave teachers reserve the right to refuse entry at any time

  • Yoga Cave is not responsible for the safekeeping of your belongings

  • All participants must check-in at reception prior to participating in class

CANCELLATION POLICY​

  • Class cancellation must be made via the website or MindBody app. Cancellation will not be accepted over email, phone, text message, or social media

  • You may cancel a class reservation up to 2 hours prior to class start time FREE of charge

  • For yogis on single visit or class pass who cancelled within 2 hours before class or failed to attend will forfeit the class

  • For yogis on intro offer or membership:

    • You may late cancel within 2 hours prior to class start time, without any penalty for up to 2 times a week. If you late cancel more than 2 times a week, our system will automatically apply a $10 cancellation fee to your account

    • No show delays the start of the class. Therefore, if you have booked in for a class and failed to attend, our system will apply $15 no show fees to your account. Considering the no show fees, if you are unable to attend a class, please cancel as early as possible

  • Late cancellation or no show fees will be automatically charged to your account on the next business day. If we don’t have your account details, the system will suspend your account from further bookings. You may pay the fee over the phone at 0402 488 776 or in studio. Once you have paid the fees, your reservation functionality will be restored

  • Above cancellation policy applies for both in studio and online classes.

  • For workshop or events, Yoga Cave does not offer cancellation, refunds or transfers for change of mind, injury, illness or any other reason

PURCHASE POLICY

  • All purchases are final. Yoga Cave does not offer refunds or transfers on services or products for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason

  • All passes and memberships are non-transferable

INTRO OFFER POLICY

  • Introductory offers are only offered to new clients and are limited to one offer per client

  • Use of introductory offer is for 14 consecutive days. There will be no suspension or extension provided.

  • The activation date is the date of the first class booked

CLASS PASS POLICY

  • Single Class Pass (Online & In Studio) expires 1 month from sale date

  • 5 Class Pass (Online & In Studio) expires 3 months from sale date

  • 10 Class Pass (Online & In Studio) expires 6 months from sale date

  • Yoga Cave does not offer suspensions or extensions for class pass purchased

  • No refunds are offered on unused portion of class passes

  • Class packs exclude attendance to workshops, retreats, teacher training or other special events.

DIRECT DEBIT MEMBERSHIP POLICY

  • Direct Debit Memberships are $35 per week, billed fortnightly for a minimum of 12 weeks (“Initial Term”)

  • After the end of the Initial Term, membership will continue indefinitely, billed fortnightly, until cancellation has been processed

  • You can terminate the direct debit membership at any time after the Initial Term with at least 7 business days’ notice

  • You may suspend membership for a minimum of 2 weeks and up to 8 weeks in any 12 months period. Request for suspension must be submitted with at least 7 business days’ notice

  • Request for termination or suspension must be in writing via email to info@yogacave.com.au

  • Membership exclude attendance to workshops, retreats, teacher training or other special events

  • Memberships cannot be shared or transferred. Anyone found to be sharing their membership will be denied entry and have their membership cancelled

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that there are sufficient funds available to cover the weekly direct debit. Should a payment be declined for any reason, Yoga Cave reserves the right to process payment at any time to settle any debt owed. If a direct debit is declined due to insufficient funds, the transaction will fail which requires additional administration and cost. Unfortunately, Ezidebit may charge a fee for failed transaction. This fee will attempt to be debited every day for 7 days after the failed payment. You will be unable to book or attend classes until your payment has been settled

  • Yoga Cave is not responsible for additional bank fees that you may incur from your bank

  • The terms and conditions of our third-party biller Ezidebit form a binding component of your membership agreement. This can be requested by emailing info@yogacave.com.au

  • All account debts must be settled before cancellation of membership can be finalised, this includes all late cancellation and no-show fees incurred

  • Yoga Cave reserves the right to cancel memberships

  • Prices may increase from time to time to reflect increases in cost and benefits

Online Membership Policy

  • Online Memberships are $15.90 per week, billed weekly

  • You can terminate the direct debit membership at any time with at least 7 business days’ notice

  • Standard cancellation policy applies for online membership

  • You may suspend membership for a minimum of 2 weeks and up to 8 weeks in any 12 months period. Request for suspension must be submitted with at least 7 business days’ notice

  • Request for termination or suspension must be in writing via email to info@yogacave.com.au

  • Memberships cannot be shared or transferred. Anyone found to be sharing their membership will be denied entry and have their membership cancelled

Gift Card Policy

  • Gift cards are valid for one year, from the date of purchase

  • Gift cards are transferable. It does not need to be claimed by the person it is addressed to

  • If you wish to make a purchase for an amount that exceeds the remaining card value, you must pay the excess using another payment method

  • All gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash

  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced or refunded

  • Yoga Cave do not accept gift cards purchased from other businesses

  • Gift Card may be purchased online (e-Gift card) or in studio (physical gift card)

These terms and conditions are not negotiable.
