STELLA YUAN

I began practicing yoga over ten years ago, drawn to the balance it offers between strength and calm. Over time, this personal practice naturally evolved into teaching, and I now love sharing yoga as a tool for connection, exploration, and ease.

My teaching focuses on dynamic vinyasa and mindful sequencing, with an emphasis on moving intelligently and intentionally. What I enjoy most is supporting students as they discover new space, strength, and confidence in their bodies.

My favourite pose is Mermaid—a shape that feels both strong and open, reflecting the balance I aim to cultivate in my classes.

I invite students to move with intention, breathe with ease, and find a sense of calm that extends beyond the mat and into everyday life.

Outside of yoga, I’m inspired by movement, travel, and finding beauty in simple, everyday moments.
