Prashant Patel (Lead Teacher)
Founder of Ancient Yoga Academy, with branches in Singapore and India. Prashant has been teaching Ayurveda and Yoga for over 25 years. in countries like USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, India, China, Indonesia, Malaysia and Vietnam.
Prashant is a master of meditation, teaching a range of techniques from simple Breathing, OM, Cyclic and Pyramid meditation
to the more difficult Dynamic meditation, Mantra, 5 Elements, Vipassana, Mindfulness, Chakra, Kriya and more.

YiHan (Co - Lead Teacher)
With over 9 years of teaching experience across Singapore, Southeast Asia, and now Melbourne, Yihan brings a rich and nuanced approach to yoga rooted in alignment, inquiry, and embodied awareness. She has taught extensively in established studios, workshops, and retreats, building a strong reputation for her grounding yet expansive teaching style.

Yihan is deeply passionate about mentoring the next generation of yoga teachers. She believes that when yoga is practiced with care and awareness, it becomes a powerful tool for personal transformation—and a force for building more conscious, compassionate communities.
Guest Teacher - Sanjay Lavoipierre

Founder of Phoenix Yoga Studios in Ringwood, Sanjay has over 20 years of experience in teaching yoga and meditation. His work focuses on helping teachers build confidence, clarity, and authenticity in their teaching practice.

Sanjay brings a grounded, real-world approach to mentoring - supporting teachers to develop their own voice, navigate the complexities of teaching and staying connected to what matters.

In this training, Sanja offest a guest mentoring session, drawing on years of experience to guide students throguh the transition from practitioner to teacher.
